NATA raises $125k in New York

New York: North American Telugu Association (NATA) had fundraising kickoff dinner in New York on March 30, 2018. As you all know NATA is planning NATA Mega Convention to be held in Philadelphia during July 6-8, 2018 at Pennsylvania Convention Center. This is a kick off fundraising as NATA Leaders have started planning for the mega convention in North East. NATA has raised $125,000 in this event.
NATA New York team lead by Advisory Council member Dr. Stanley Reddy, Treasurer Chinnababu Reddy, Convention Coordinator Pradeep Samala, CWC Member Alla Rami Reddy, RVPs Ashok Attada, Uday Dommaraju, Linga Reddy, Ravinder Kamtam and other NATA Leaders Srinivas Tammisetti (RC & Food), Madhavi Korukonda (RC and Women), Arundhathi Adupa (RC & Arts & Crafts), Uma Reddi (Spiritual), Sai Santosh Tunikuntla (RC), Karthik Maniam (RC) were present.
NATA National Leaders Rajeshwar Reddy Gangasani (President), Sridhar Korsapati (EVP), Anna Reddy (Jt. Secretary), Srinivas Ganagoni (IVP), Raghurami Reddy Etukuru(BOD), Srinivas Kanakam (Web), Venkat Sunkireddy (Office Coordinator), Kiran Borra (Cultural), Lakshmi Nanduri (Cultural), Padmini Evani, Corporate Committee Chair Md. Murtuza have attended this event.
President Rajeshwar Reddy welcomed all the guests and urged all members to involve and make the convention grand success. Pradeep Samala in his speech provided convention center details and requested everyone to contribute for the NATA Convention. Dr. Stanley Reddy and EVP Sridhar Korsapati spoke on this occasion.
NATA Cultural Chair and CWC Member Alla Rami Reddy garu have introduced all NATA Idol committee and explained about the NATA Idol regional competitions for NY will be held on June 10 and encouraged all singers to participate in this competition. NATA Idol Chair Raghurami Reddy Etukuru has explained that the winner of NATA Idol will get a chance to sing in Telugu Movie and this year the judges are Lyricist Chandra Bose garu and Music Director Kalyan Malik garu. New Jersey Convention Kickoff
New Jersey: North American Telugu Association (NATA) had a convention kickoff in New Jersey on April 1, 2018. NATA President Rajeshwar Reddy Gangasani, President-Elect Dr. Raghava Reddy Ghosala, Dr. Stanley Reddy(AC), EVP Sridhar Korsapati, Secretary Srikanth Reddy Penumada, Treasurer Chinnababu Reddy, Jt. Secretary Anna Reddy, Convention Director Hari Velkur, Convention Coordinator Pradeep Samala, CWC Member Alla Rami Reddy, IVP Srinivas Ganagoni and Board of Directors Anjan Karnanti, Dwarak Varanasi, Raghurami Reddy Etukuru, Sarath Mandapati, Sekhar Konala, Ex-BODs Shiva Meka, Convention Advisor Mahender Musuku and RVPs Satya Pathapati, Venu Pasula, Prabhakar Reddy, Mahesh Maramreddy, Chandra Reddy/RCs from North East USA have participated in this Board meeting.
NATA Secretary Srikanth Penumada was the MC of this event and Jt. Secretary Anna Reddy welcomed all the guests. NATA President Rajeshwar Reddy has welcomed all the convention committee members in his speech and asked everyone to help NATA Convention in whatever way they can. President Elect Dr. Raghava Reddy Ghosala explained about the convention center and requested all the committee members to add more members to the committee and work together as we have a lot of work ahead of us. EVP Sridhar Korsapati has mentioned that NJ is like his second home because NJ and Dallas area has a lot of Telugu population and he requested everyone to come forward and help NATA Convention financially.
Pradeep Samala has welcomed all the guests and explained importance of this kick off meeting for the convention. CWC Member Alla Rami Reddy explained the main purpose of this meeting to know all the committee members personally as there is so much coordination needed between each committee and we all should work together as if it is our family event.
